Refund & Cancellation

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all website templates, digital web assets, and web source code packages (collectively referred to as the “Digital Products”) purchased through www.staticforgesuite.com.

This Policy is established and maintained by staticforgesuite, an independently operated digital brand based in Singapore.

Before submitting your order through our secure Stripe payment system, please read this Policy carefully. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of the terms set forth below.

①. Core Principle of Digital Goods: All Sales Are Final

Because our products consist entirely of downloadable website templates, source code, and other digital assets, they are highly reproducible and cannot be physically returned once delivered. Therefore, all successfully fulfilled orders are considered final sales, and refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are generally unavailable.

We do not maintain physical inventory, nor do we generate shipping labels or tracking numbers. An order is considered fully completed once our system successfully generates the download link or sends the download instructions to your registered email address.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: WAIVER OF THE 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 16(m) of the European Union Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent United Kingdom consumer protection legislation, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where delivery begins with the consumer’s prior express consent.

By completing your purchase through Stripe and accepting this Policy during checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of your Digital Products and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, your statutory right of withdrawal is waived once digital delivery has commenced.

②. Limited Exceptions Eligible for a Refund

Although our Digital Products are generally non-refundable, refunds may be granted under the following limited circumstances:

Irreparable Major Technical Defects: The purchased Digital Product contains serious file corruption, extraction failures, or missing core functionality that cannot be repaired within seven (7) business days after our support team receives your notification.
Order Fulfillment Failure: Due to a verified system error, neither a download link nor a delivery email was successfully generated, and our records confirm that no download or digital delivery occurred.

③. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Protection

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent purchases and abusive chargeback claims.

To protect our platform and resolve payment disputes, we may rely on the following records where permitted by applicable law:

Transaction IP address, device information, and payment authentication records provided during the Stripe checkout process.
Secure server-side download logs, transaction timestamps, and order activity records.
Electronic records confirming that the customer accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy during checkout before completing payment.

These records may be provided to Stripe or the relevant financial institution when necessary to investigate or resolve payment disputes.

④. Refund Claim & Processing Procedure

If you believe your purchase qualifies under the refund conditions described above, please submit your request using the following procedure:

How to Apply: Send your request from the same email address used to place the order to template@staticforgesuite.com.
Required Information: Please include your order number, Stripe Transaction ID, the name of the purchased Digital Product, and a detailed description of the issue, together with screenshots or other relevant technical evidence where applicable.
Review & Processing Time: Refund requests are normally reviewed within 24 hours. If approved, the refund will be processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or financial institution, the funds generally arrive within 5–10 business days.
