This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all website templates, digital web assets, and web source code packages (collectively referred to as “Digital Products”) purchased through our website (www.staticforgesuite.com). This Policy is established and enforced by DYNAMIC WEB DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. Before submitting your order via our secure Stripe payment gateway, please read this Policy thoroughly. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms herein.
①. Core Principle of Digital Goods: All Sales Are Final
Because our products consist entirely of downloadable web source code and digital templates, they possess unique digital properties—specifically, they are highly reproducible and cannot be physically returned or restored once delivered. Therefore, all successfully fulfilled orders are strictly considered final sales, and no refunds, cancellations, or product exchanges will be issued under standard circumstances.
We maintain no physical inventory and do not generate physical logistics tracking numbers. A transaction is deemed fully executed and completed the moment our system delivers the download credentials to your registered email address or activates the download interface on the checkout screen.
【IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EUROPEAN CONSUMERS: WAIVER OF THE 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL】
In strict accordance with Article 16(m) of the European Union (EU) Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent United Kingdom consumer contract regulations, the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided online if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment.
By completing your transaction via Stripe and checking the agreement box upon checkout, you grant us express prior consent to immediately initiate the digital delivery of your purchased templates, and you explicitly acknowledge that you voluntarily waive and forfeit your 14-day right of withdrawal or unconditional refund under EU/UK law.
②. Limited Exceptions Eligible for a Refund
While we enforce a strict non-refundable policy, we respect baseline consumer protections and Singaporean fair trading compliance. We may, at our sole discretion, grant a full refund under the following exceptional conditions:
• Irreparable Major Technical Defects: If the downloaded source template package contains severely corrupted code, extraction errors, or is missing fundamental core functional components, and our technical support team is unable to resolve, patch, or fix the issue within 7 business days of being formally notified, a full refund will be granted.
• Unfulfilled Orders Due to System Errors: In rare instances where a technical glitch prevents the checkout page from rendering your download link and our automated email server fails to dispatch any delivery credentials to your mailbox, you may request a refund. This exception is strictly contingent upon our server logs verifying that zero data transmission or file downloads took place.
③. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Protection
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against friendly fraud and deceptive chargeback filings. To resolve billing disputes through Stripe or issuing banks, we actively deploy and submit the following comprehensive digital audit trails as legal evidence:
• The buyer’s precise IP address, geographical location metadata, device fingerprints, and the 3D Secure (3DS) strong customer authentication logs completed during the Stripe checkout process.
• Server-side cryptographic download logs and clickstream tracking assigned to your unique order number, detailed down to the exact second.
• Electronic evidence demonstrating that the buyer manually checked the acknowledgment box accepting this Refund Policy and waiving the EU 14-day withdrawal window prior to making a payment.

If approved, the refund will be automatically initialized via the Stripe gateway back to your original payment method (credit/debit card). Actual processing timelines depend on your issuing bank but typically range from 5 to 10 business days.
