Q2: Are the assets and code within your templates legal and safe for commercial use?
Yes, absolutely. We strictly comply with international intellectual property laws. All source code packages, web templates, and accompanying preview images/media assets hosted on our platform are either original creations designed by our team or sourced from verified royalty-free libraries under appropriate commercial licensing. Our European clients can deploy our source code with absolute legal peace of mind.
②. Digital Product Delivery & Workflow
Q3: What is your order fulfillment workflow? How do I get my files?
Because we specialize in pre-made digital assets and codebases, our fulfillment process is entirely automated:
• Select & Pay: You select your preferred web template package and complete a one-time payment via our secure Stripe gateway.
• Instant Delivery: Once Stripe authorizes the payment, our system instantly renders a digital download link on your checkout screen. Simultaneously, an automated email containing your secure download credentials is dispatched to your registered mailbox.
• Transaction Conclusion: Once the file or link is dispatched, our contractual delivery obligations are fully met, and the transaction concludes. We do not provide subsequent custom design or technical outsourcing services.
Q4: Will I receive a physical shipment tracking number?
No. Our products consist entirely of digital assets and web deployment source code. No physical shipping tracking numbers, carrier logistics data, or delivery receipts will be generated or provided. Proof of complete fulfillment relies solely on our server-side digital download logs and Stripe transaction metadata.
③. Payments, Billing & Security
Q5: Is it secure to pay on your website?
Yes, completely secure. All financial transactions on our platform are handled directly by Stripe, a leading global payment processor. Your sensitive card information is entered directly through Stripe’s secure iframe or Elements checkout. We never store, view, or have access to your full card numbers. All payments are heavily encrypted and strictly comply with PCI-DSS security standards.
Q6: Are there any hidden subscription fees?
No. All sales on staticforgesuite are strictly one-time purchases. You pay once for the specific pre-made template asset package, and you will never be charged any recurring subscription fees, ongoing maintenance costs, or hidden licensing renewals.
④. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Q7: Can I request a refund if I change my mind? (Important for EU/UK Customers)
As a general rule, all successful digital deliveries are final and non-refundable. In strict compliance with Article 16(m) of the European Union (EU) Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent United Kingdom consumer contract regulations, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once performance has begun.
By completing your purchase via Stripe, you provide your explicit prior consent for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you voluntarily waive and forfeit your 14-day right of withdrawal or unconditional refund.
Q8: Are there any exceptions where a refund is allowed?
We may grant refunds under very strict, limited exceptions:
• Irreparable Technical Defects: If your downloaded template contains severe code corruption or missing core functional components that our support team cannot resolve, patch, or fix within 7 business days of formal notification.
• System Failure: If a proven system glitch prevented our servers from generating a download link or sending a delivery email, provided our backend server logs verify that zero data transmission or downloads took place.
