Digital Delivery

This Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and staticforgesuite (“we”, “us”, or “our”), an independently operated digital brand based in Singapore.

By purchasing our pre-made website template packages and source code files (collectively referred to as the “Digital Products”) through www.staticforgesuite.com, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

①. Business Model: Pre-Made Digital Assets & One-Time Sale

All Digital Products available on this Website are pre-made digital assets and website source templates.

Our business model operates as follows:

  • One-Time Purchase: Every order is processed as a single, independent, non-recurring purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring payments, hidden renewal fees, or ongoing maintenance charges.
  • Scope of Services: We provide completed, pre-developed, and ready-to-use website templates and source code files only. Our services do not include custom development, personalized modifications, UI redesign, bespoke programming, or ongoing technical support. All Digital Products are supplied on an “as-is” basis.

②. Standard Digital Fulfillment Workflow

To ensure transparent order processing and secure transaction records, all orders follow an automated digital fulfillment process.

  • Stage 1 – Order Placement: Select your preferred website template package and complete payment securely through Stripe.
  • Stage 2 – Instant Delivery: After successful payment authorization, a secure download link will be generated on the order confirmation page. At the same time, an automated email containing your download instructions will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Stage 3 – Order Completion: Once the download link has been successfully generated or the delivery email has been sent, our contractual delivery obligations are considered fully performed, and the order is regarded as completed.

③. No Physical Shipment & Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Compliance)

  • No Physical Delivery: All Digital Products consist entirely of downloadable digital files. Therefore, no physical shipment, courier service, tracking number, or logistics information will be generated. Proof of delivery is based solely on secure server download records, email delivery records, and Stripe transaction records.
  • EU/UK Consumer Rights: In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent United Kingdom consumer protection legislation relating to digital content, where digital delivery begins with the customer’s prior express consent, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may no longer apply.

By placing an order, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of digital delivery. Once a download link has been generated or download instructions have been sent, you acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be waived to the extent permitted by applicable law. Completed digital product purchases are generally final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

④. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Prevention

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent purchases and abusive chargeback claims.

To help protect both our customers and our platform:

  • Transaction Records: We maintain secure records relating to each order, including transaction timestamps, IP addresses, device information, download activity, and email delivery confirmations where applicable.
  • Dispute Resolution: If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated on the basis of “Product Not Received” or “Unauthorized Transaction,” we reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records, download logs, checkout consent records, and other supporting evidence to Stripe and the relevant financial institution for the purpose of resolving the dispute.
