Digital Delivery
This Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and DYNAMIC WEB DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore (Business Registration/UEN: 202139396W, Registered Address: 22 Sin Ming Lane, #06-76, Midview City, Singapore 573969).
By purchasing our pre-made web source template packages (collectively referred to as “Digital Products”) via our website (www.staticforgesuite.com), you explicitly agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
①. Business Model: Pre-Made Digital Assets & One-Time Sale
All products available for purchase on this Website are strictly pre-made digital assets and source templates. Our commercial model is defined by the following:
• One-Time Purchase: Every transaction is processed as a single, independent, non-recurring purchase. There are no ongoing subscriptions, hidden recurring fees, or subsequent maintenance charges.
• Scope of Services: We exclusively sell completed, pre-developed, and ready-to-deploy source code files. Our scope of work does not include, nor does it extend to, personalized custom development, UI modifications, specific design services, or ongoing technical outsourcing. You are purchasing standardized, pre-built digital assets “as-is”.
②. Standard Digital Fulfillment Workflow
To ensure maximum transaction transparency and satisfy financial underwriting requirements, our operations adhere strictly to an automated fulfillment framework:
• Stage 1 (Order Placement): The customer selects their desired web template package and completes full payment via our secure Stripe payment gateway.
• Stage 2 (Immediate Dispatch): Upon successful payment authorization by Stripe, our system renders a digital download link on the checkout page and simultaneously sends an automated email containing the source file download credentials to the customer’s registered email address.
• Stage 3 (Transaction Completion): Once the digital file or the download link has been successfully generated and dispatched, the Company has fully executed its contractual delivery obligations. At this moment, the transaction is deemed legally fulfilled.
③. No Physical Shipment & Right of Withdrawal Waiver (EU/UK Compliance)
• Absence of Physical Logistics: You acknowledge that our products are entirely virtual software assets. Consequently, no physical tracking numbers or carrier logistics data will be generated. Proof of fulfillment relies solely on our server-side download logs, email dispatch records, and Stripe transaction metadata.
• EU/UK Consumer Rights Directive: In accordance with the European Union (EU) Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK regulations governing the cross-border sale of “Digital Content”:
“Once the performance or delivery of digital content has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, the consumer loses and forfeits their 14-day right of withdrawal.”
By initiating a purchase, you provide express consent for the digital performance to begin immediately. You acknowledge that as soon as the download link is rendered or the delivery email is dispatched, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK law. All transactions are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
④. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Prevention
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward friendly fraud and bad-faith chargeback filings. To protect our platform, we utilize comprehensive verification:
• Server Logging: Our architecture logs every transaction milestone, including exact timestamps, purchasing IP addresses, device fingerprints, download sequence history, and email delivery receipts.
• Dispute Resolution: Should a buyer file a fraudulent “Product Not Received” or “Unauthorized Transaction” dispute, we will submit this signed policy, alongside our definitive server-side download logs and checkout consent records, to the financial institution as binding evidence to overturn the claim and enforce account accountability.
