Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and staticforgesuite (“we”, “us”, or “our”), an independently operated digital brand based in Singapore.

By accessing www.staticforgesuite.com and purchasing our website templates, digital web assets, or web source code packages (collectively referred to as the “Digital Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

①. One-Time Purchase and Instant Digital Delivery

• Nature of Sale: All Digital Products available on this Website are sold as one-time purchases. There are no recurring fees, subscriptions, or ongoing financial obligations unless expressly stated during checkout.
• No Physical Shipment: Our products are entirely digital. Therefore, no physical shipment, tracking number, or logistics information will be generated or provided. Proof of fulfillment is established solely through secure server download records, email delivery confirmations, and payment transaction records.

②. Immediate Execution and Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Compliance)

In accordance with applicable European Union and United Kingdom consumer protection laws governing digital content:

• Explicit Consumer Consent: By placing an order and completing payment through our secure Stripe checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of digital delivery.
• Waiver of the 14-Day Withdrawal Right: You acknowledge and agree that once digital delivery has begun (including when a download link is generated or download instructions are sent by email), your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may no longer apply where permitted under applicable EU and UK consumer protection laws. Once delivery has commenced, completed digital product purchases are generally final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

③. Limited License Grant and Ownership Restrictions

When you purchase a Digital Product from staticforgesuite, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Digital Product. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property or copyright.

• Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the purchased website templates and source code solely for website development and deployment in accordance with the license selected at checkout.
• Intellectual Property Ownership: All source code, software architecture, stylesheets, visual layouts, graphics, UI/UX elements, documentation, and related materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of staticforgesuite or its respective licensors.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not:
  • Copy, duplicate, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or resell the original source code or template packages.
  • Extract, separate, or redistribute individual design assets for independent commercial use.
  • Reverse engineer or modify the core structure of the Digital Products for the purpose of creating competing template or source code distribution services.

Any unauthorized use may result in the immediate termination of your license and may lead to legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

④. Secure Payment Processing and Fraud Prevention (Stripe)

All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to process the applicable one-time payment.

By confirming your acceptance of these Terms during checkout, you acknowledge and verify your purchase. In the event of an unauthorized payment dispute or fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to provide relevant evidence, including your acceptance of these Terms, checkout consent records, download timestamps, transaction records, and associated IP logs, to Stripe and the relevant financial institution for the purpose of resolving the dispute.
