Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DYNAMIC WEB DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore (Business Registration/UEN: 202139396W, Registered Address: 22 Sin Ming Lane, #06-76, Midview City, Singapore 573969).
By accessing our website (www.staticforgesuite.com) and purchasing our website templates, digital web assets, or web source code packages (collectively referred to as “Digital Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
①. One-Time Purchase and Instant Digital Delivery
• Nature of Sale: All sales of Digital Products on this Website are strictly one-time purchases. There are no recurring fees, subscriptions, or ongoing financial obligations unless explicitly stated at checkout.
• No Physical Shipment: You acknowledge that our products are entirely digital in nature. Consequently, no physical tracking numbers or shipping logistics data will be generated or provided. Proof of fulfillment is established exclusively via digital server download logs, email delivery confirmations, and payment gateway receipts.
②. Immediate Execution and Forfeiture of the Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Compliance)
In strict compliance with European Union and United Kingdom consumer protection regulations regarding digital content and services:
• Explicit Consumer Consent: By placing an order and completing your payment through our secure Stripe gateway, you give your express prior consent for the digital performance to begin immediately upon successful transaction.
• Forfeiture of 14-Day Refund Right: You explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree that as soon as the digital delivery process begins (i.e., the download link is rendered, or the source files are delivered via email), you lose and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (right to a cancellation/refund) under EU/UK consumer laws. All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once delivery has commenced.
③. Limited License Grant and Ownership Restrictions
When you purchase a Digital Product from staticforgesuite, you are acquiring a restrictive, conditional, and non-exclusive commercial usage license, rather than purchasing the underlying copyright or intellectual property.
• Limited License for Use: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the purchased web templates and source code solely for website development, design deployment, and production applications in accordance with the specific license tier selected at checkout.
• Retention of Intellectual Property: All proprietary codes, software architectures, stylesheets, visual design layouts, vector artwork, UI/UX elements, and documentation contained within or accompanying our packages remain the sole and exclusive property of DYNAMIC WEB DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. or its verified licensors.
• Prohibited Activities: You are strictly prohibited from:
– Copying, duplicating, sub-licensing, redistributing, or reselling our original source code materials to any third party or public repositories.
– Slicing, isolating, or extracting standalone design assets from the packages for redistribution or unauthorized external commercial projects.
– Reverse-engineering or altering the core code structures for the purpose of creating competing template services.
Any unauthorized use will result in the immediate and automatic revocation of your usage license and may expose you to legal liability under Singapore and international intellectual property laws.
④. Secure Payment Processing and Fraud Prevention (Stripe)
All one-time transactions are securely processed through our third-party payment partner, Stripe. By initiating a purchase, you authorize Stripe to collect and process the designated one-time fee.
By ticking the box to agree to these Terms during checkout, you provide explicit verification of your purchase. In the event of an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback filing, we reserve the right to submit this signed agreement, your checkout consent logs, download time-stamps, and network IP verification logs to Stripe and your financial institution as binding evidence to dispute and overturn the claim.
